• Raise $1.65M to acquire land, build core facilities, install regenerative infrastructure, and fund marketing and operating runway.

• Targeted revenue streams driven by facilitator-sold retreats, corporate bookings, and wedding/event sales; base case achieves positive cashflow and strong EBITDA by Year 6.

• Social and environmental mission embedded into governance (Delaware Public Benefit HoldCo + Colombian SAS OpCo, B-Corp aligned).
